1st Line Support Engineer - Office 365, VIP, Field, M365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Hybrid (Hatfield/London)

This is a fantastic 1st Line Support Engineer opportunity to join a leading tech company. The role is Hybrid, with time in the Central London office, remote work, and visits to other offices around the Greater London area. Due to location requirements, a driving license and car are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Line support in Windows, MS365 environments with in-depth knowledge of Windows 11, 10 and 7, and Office 365.
  • Support M365, Active Directory and typical laptop and mobile device troubleshooting; some exposure to Azure.
  • Engage with 3rd party and internal stakeholders; deliver white glove VIP support in person and remotely.
  • Handle a high volume of tickets/support requests with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Essential Skills: VIP Support, commuting to Hatfield/Greater London area, driving license and car, extensive Windows knowledge (7, 10, 11), Office 365, Active Directory, some Azure, excellent client-facing skills.
  • Desirable Skills: Microsoft certifications, SCCM, migrations, consulting/agency/MSP experience.
