We're working with a well-established
Managed Service Provider (MSP)
based in Brighton who is looking to add a
1st Line Support Engineer
to their growing team. This is a
full-time, on-site role
with great training and progression opportunities.
The Role You'll be the first point of contact for client IT issues - anything from password resets and Outlook hiccups to trickier troubleshooting. You'll work within a structured escalation process and be supported by a collaborative team. Perfect for someone with
6-18 months of IT support experience
or a strong IT foundation looking to step into the MSP world.
What You'll Need Good knowledge of
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting Experience or exposure to
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Understanding of
Active Directory , basic networking, and remote support tools Confident communicator (written & verbal) A genuine enthusiasm for tech and problem-solving Nice to Have (Not Essential) IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) Prior MSP experience Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.)
