2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Coventry - £27K-£30K Note: Previous IT experience within Schools is an absolute essential for this role. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. A 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with good working knowledge of Windows server, Offfice 365, and general network troubleshooting is required to join a close-knit MSP to support their school-based clients. DBS checks will be undertaken before starting this role. This 2nd Line IT Support Engineer is an autonomous, flexible role which varies of meeting day-to-day client needs in person, whilst being remotely supporting by the wider team from the head office.
