Job Description
2nd line support engineer required. Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT Support Service across Sussex.
They are now looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line engineer to join their team based in Newhaven.
Position Overview
Resolving IT support issues with a pressurised environment
Managing work queues and prioritising IT support queries
Ensuring customers support issues are logged and recorded with sufficient detail
Troubleshooting / network connectivity
50% office based, 50% on-site
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot IT Hardware
Will need to be DBS checked Position Requirements
Experience in an IT support role
Microsoft 365, setting up users etc.
Active Directory
VoIP Technologies
WordPress, HTLM and CSS is desirable
Good network knowledge (setting up routers, wireless networks, DNS & DHCP)
Knowledge of Office 365 & servers
Knowledge of networking and virtualisation
Full UK clean driving license
Excellent customer service skills Position Remuneration
Monday to Friday 9am – 17:00pm
Salary £23,000 – £30,000 DOE
