Base pay range

Up to £55,000/year + Bonus

Join one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners as a 3rd Line Azure Engineer, providing advanced technical support across complex Azure and Microsoft cloud environments. You’ll act as an escalation point for challenging issues, troubleshoot deeply technical incidents, and help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of client systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the 3rd line escalation point for Azure and Microsoft cloud incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Azure infrastructure, networking, and security
• Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft support to resolve complex cases
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continual service improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Microsoft Cloud or IT Support roles (including 3rd line)
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure: VMs, Networking, Storage, SQL, App Services, AKS
• Knowledge of Azure security (Security Centre, Key Vault, RBAC) and networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, DP-900, AZ-500, AZ-700

Experience with automation (ARM templates, PowerShell, JSON), Microsoft 365 admin, or advanced Azure certifications (e.g. SC-100, AZ-305).
