Our client, with decades of experience in delivering innovative IT solutions, is looking for a dedicated 3rd Line Cloud Support Engineer to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhanceclients' business operations. A-Level or HND level of qualifications Strong verbal and written communication Experience on a support helpdesk with a variety of technologies (MSP ideal) Certifications of technical knowledge Key Responsibilities Create scripts to improve cloud deployment and reporting mainly in SharePoint. Be a dedicated support point for detailed firewall questions. Ensure good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools across the team. Work effectively with external suppliers who are used to delivering elements of our service Build good trust-based relationships with key customers & customer groups when providing support needs.
