As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues, working closely with infrastructure, application support, and deskside teams. You'll play a key role in:
Supporting and maintaining core and non-core IT systems Managing user accounts, system upgrades, patching, and releases Troubleshooting and resolving high-level technical issues Automating routine tasks using PowerShell Supporting on-premises and remote devices across multiple sites Your Technical Toolkit
