Experience delivering IT support on windows technologies to a 3 rd

line / Senior level -

Skills with the following tools and tech

Windows Server (various versions), Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCOM/SCCM, Powershell, VMWare etc -

Skills with

Sharepoint, MS Exchange are highly desirable but not essential -

Skills with basic Linux administration is highly desirable but not essential -

Ability to serve as an escalation point, mentor junior staff and work as part of a team -
