We're working with a growing

Managed Service Provider in Worcester

who are seeking an experienced

3rd Line IT Engineer

to join their senior technical team.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex client environments, lead on advanced technical support, and contribute to high-impact IT projects across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line support, resolving complex incidents efficiently. Provide expert support across desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and cloud platforms. Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune. Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Manage virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. Lead IT projects for clients, including migrations, upgrades, and new technology deployments. Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation for clients and internal processes. Work directly with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery and satisfaction. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers when required.
