3rd Line IT Engineer - MSP Wolverhampton Up to £50,000 + Benefits Managed Services Provider (MSP) The Role

Join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider as a 3rd Line IT Engineer , where you'll handle complex technical escalations, deliver customer-facing projects, and support a wide range of technologies. You'll be the senior point of contact for tricky issues while driving infrastructure improvements for multiple clients.

What You'll Do

Act as 3rd line escalation for customer tickets across servers, networks, and cloud. Deliver MSP projects - migrations, upgrades, deployments. Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, and Intune. Configure/troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VPNs, routers . Work with VMware/Hyper-V in multi-client environments. Produce documentation and mentor junior engineers. Liaise directly with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.

What You'll Bring

Strong MSP background - experience supporting multiple clients. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft stack (O365, Azure, AD, Intune). Hands-on with VMware/Hyper-V virtualisation.
