OverviewUrgent requirement to join a highly respected Microsoft Gold partner MSP, delivering managed services to some of their high-value, key clients. This is a visible, senior support role where you’ll handle escalations, and act as a technical mentor within the business.You must have had recent experience working in an MSP with Microsoft Technologies. This is a non-negotiable requirement and we won’t be able to progress your application without it.You’ll be joining a close-knit team in central London, working from the office full-time during the first 2 weeks, then moving to a 3-4 office setup. You will be working on technical escalations across Microsoft technology, especially M365, Intune and broader Microsoft technology. You will lead from the front on incidents and help with root cause analysis and resolution.Base pay range3rd Line Support Engineer – M365, Intune, AD, Exchange, Entra – £350 - £450p/day Inside IR35 – 3 months (rolling) – London – Hybrid (3 days a week)ResponsibilitiesActing as the final escalation point for complex tickets and service desk issuesLeading troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint servicesTaking ownership of major incidents and problems – including post-incident analysisWorking alongside professional services during project transitions and onboardingHelping junior engineers develop – peer reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharingCreating and updating internal documentation and best-practice proceduresRepresenting the technical team in client conversations and internal reviewsThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving high-impact issues, and playing a senior part in the service desk.QualificationsProven 3rd Line support experience in a busy MSP or IT Services environmentStrong skills across Microsoft technologies – M365, Intune, AD, Exchange, EntraConfidence dealing with major incidents, escalations and tricky support issuesComfortable with scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and endpoint management toolsA clear, confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping othersSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
