Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct detailed inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and final products to ensure adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to detect trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.Lead investigations and corrective action plans in response to non-conformances or customer complaints.Support supplier quality management by performing audits and evaluating supplier performance.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and quality metrics.Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant aerospace quality standards.Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
