*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance and repair activities for on predominantly tractors, Fendt, Massey and Valtra. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving technical issues efficiently.

*Duties*

* Maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. * Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems to provide effective solutions. * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. * Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.

*Skills*

* Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or related fields. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. * Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site service calls. * Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or software systems is advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
