OpenAssist is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to help us build intelligent automation systems for clients using tools like Make.com, Typeform, Relevance AI, and APIs.

You’ll work directly with the founder to turn business workflows into smart, voice-enabled pipelines. This is an early technical role with high impact and long-term potential. We’re building OpenAssist Systems — our B2B automation platform — and looking for someone who thrives on building, shipping, and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy automation flows using Make.com, Typeform, Relevance AI, WhatsApp API, LinkedIn, and more

• Build voice-triggered follow-ups, lead qualification flows, and CRM integrations

• Create API workflows and manage webhooks

• Troubleshoot and optimize performance

• Document systems and help scale what works

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms

• Solid understanding of APIs, logic flows, and automation tools

• Bonus: Familiarity with Relevance AI, GPT APIs, LangChain, or voice agents

• Autonomous and outcome-driven

• Clear communicator, fast to learn, eager to grow with the company

• Build with the founder and help shape the product from the ground up

• Work on real AI systems used by businesses

• Remote and flexible with a high-trust team
