You'll work with modern tools like Temporal.io, n8n.io, Make.com, and various programming languages (Python, Go, Typescript, PHP, and Java) to create custom automations. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Editorial, IT, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies, understand requirements, and build AI-driven solutions—ranging from prompt-engineered LLM tools to automated workflows—for data analysis, quality assurance, and planning.Reporting to the Director of Engineering - Systems and Ai, you'll lead projects from ideation to production, ensuring systems are scalable, and well-tested using CI/CD pipelines. As a subject matter expert, you'll promote responsible AI use, mentor team members, and help shape best practices and governance frameworks. Keeping pace with advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies, you'll contribute to innovation while documenting solutions and participating in team initiatives like code reviews and hack days.This role is pivotal in embedding responsible, high-impact AI and automation solutions across Future.
