This role combines technical integration, orchestration of tools, and applied AI reasoning to enable scalable, autonomous, and safe AI-agent capabilities within our organization.Position Overview:We are seeking a Model Control Protocol (MCP) Agent to design, implement, and manage AI-driven workflows that leverage the Model Control Protocol framework.Key Responsibilities:Connect AI models to MCP-enabled tools, APIs, and external systems.Design workflows that enable autonomous task execution across multiple platforms.Implement protocols for secure and efficient tool discovery, access, and usage.Translate business requirements into autonomous AI workflows.Configure agents to reason, plan, and execute tasks using MCP.Monitor and optimize agent performance for efficiency and reliability.Build systems to maintain state and context across sessions.Ensure agents correctly retain, retrieve, and apply knowledge.Implement guardrails and alignment checks to ensure AI actions remain compliant with organizational policies.Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical use of MCP-enabled integrations.Work closely with AI developers, product managers, and operations teams.Provide documentation, dashboards, and reports on agent performance and impact.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred).Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, or equivalents).Strong knowledge of API integration, workflow automation, and orchestration systems.Familiarity with the Model Control Protocol (MCP) and related agentic architectures.Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other modern programming languages.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Preferred Skills:Understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance.Experience deploying production-grade AI agents in enterprise settings.Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and system design skills.Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Maveric Systems Limited is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
