We’re hiring an AI Engineer for a mission-driven climate tech startup backed by top-tier investors. They’re a small, fast-moving team tackling deep technical challenges with real-world impact.

Role highlights

  • London / Hybrid (1x day a week in the office)
  • AI Engineer | Climate tech Start up | London (Office 1x a week) | Up to £100k

What we’re looking for

  • AI Engineering experience with solid engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, RAG and vector DB
  • Experience building with APIs, UIs, and async workflows
  • Experience with LLMs is a big bonus (not essential)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • Cannot offer sponsorship
