Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of technical AI-focused projects, actively engaging across business functions.
  • Design and deliver systems and machine learning models that solve commercially impactful problems.
  • Translate business problems into AI solutions by applying technical judgement and business acumen.
  • Challenge existing systems and processes, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI and related technologies.
  • Deliver impact from day one - leveraging your expertise to solve real-world challenges.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience building production ML systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt design, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LLM inference stack concepts (e.g. KV caching, speculative decoding, parallel decoding).
  • Strong programming and system design skills, with expertise in Python and ideally C++, Java, or .Net.
  • Experience working with SQL databases.
  • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
  • A passion for programming, problem solving, and working in collaborative teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ownership, accountability, and drive for innovation.
  • Ability to manage AI projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and client-facing.
  • Financial services experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Academic excellence in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
