The Role
Join our engineering team as we build intelligent systems that power deal-winning strategies for ambitious companies. You’ll work on challenging problems in sales intelligence: predicting deal outcomes, surfacing actions that move deals forward, and turning sales data into strategic insights that drive revenue. In our fast-paced environment, you’ll take ownership of meaningful AI projects from day one, collaborate with our founding team, and see your code impact real businesses within weeks.
What You’ll Be Building
- AI Sales Intelligence
- Develop AI agents that predict deal outcomes and identify revenue risks before they become problems
- Build intelligent coaching systems that surface personalised next-best-actions for sales reps
- Build intelligent automation that helps sales teams execute playbooks with unprecedented consistency
- Create advanced analytics engines that transform sales conversations into strategic insights
- Production-Scale AI Infrastructure
- Architect ML pipelines processing millions of sales interactions in real-time
- Build robust data quality frameworks to keep AI insights accurate and actionable
- Implement RAG systems and vector search for intelligent content discovery and recommendation
- Scalable ML Operations
- Deploy models using modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) that scale with our customer base
- Build evaluation pipelines ensuring AI performs reliably in high-stakes sales environments
- Create monitoring and alerting systems for 24/7 AI reliability
Impact
- Week 1-4: Ship your first AI feature that helps sales reps close more deals
- Month 3: Use LLMs to process real sales data for major enterprise clients
- Month 6: Lead the development of a major AI capability transforming how customers win business
- Year 1: Become a key technical contributor shaping the future of sales AI
Qualifications
Technical Excellence
- Recent MSc/MEng in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with strong academic performance
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with LLMs and their APIs
- Experience building end-to-end ML systems from data processing to production deployment
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, transformers, and modern ML frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices
Real-World AI Experience
- Previous internship or project applying GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to solve business problems
- Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and intelligent search
- Understanding of production ML challenges: data quality, model monitoring, deployment at scale
Sales & Business Acumen
- Interest in understanding sales processes and revenue optimization; willingness to learn the rest
- Analytical mindset to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Experience conducting user research or working with end-users of AI systems
