OverviewAs a senior AI/ML engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping how we use AI across the business. You'll design and build scalable data pipelines and machine learning models, and turn them into products and services that create real value for our teams and customers. You'll be hands-on with cutting-edge tools in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning and MLflow, and collaborate with analytics engineers, data scientists, product managers and software developers to deliver data products that power customer interactions and drive insight.This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a fast-moving environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain end-to-end AI/ML data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, from ingestion and transformation through to model deployment and monitoringDesign and develop machine learning and deep learning models to solve real business challenges and improve decision-makingDeploy models via Azure ML and MLflow, track performance and retrain where neededEstablish MLOps best practices: versioned data & features, reproducible training, CI/CD, promotion gates, canary/blue green deploys, rollbackWork closely with colleagues across data science, analytics and the wider business to identify opportunities and turn them into AI-driven products and dashboardsUphold data quality, governance and security throughout the AI/ML lifecycleImplement model monitoring (latency, drift, cost), alerts, runbooks and validation and tuning processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
