Job Description

We are looking for a curious and capable AI Engineer who is excited to build impactful AI solutions. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong software engineering background and a passion for production-ready AI solutions that deliver real-world impact. You will help design and deploy AI systems across industries such as finance, private, and public services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable AI solutions.

This role involves working for government clients so all candidates need to either hold SC Clearance or be SC Eligible

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications that support and enhance clients’ AI-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to end-to-end AI development, including building and fine-tuning machine learning and generative models (e.g., LLMs) and designing scalable infrastructure for production-ready AI.
• Work on projects across industries such as finance, private, and public services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience or equivalent, with strong practice in Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, relational databases, and API design.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• End-to-end AI development experience, including building and fine-tuning ML/generative models and designing scalable production infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud environments – Azure or AWS; GCP also considered.
• Strong awareness of AI/ML trends and advancements.
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Effective communication skills.
