Overview

We are looking for a curious and capable AI Engineer who is excited to build impactful AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong software engineering background and a passion for building production-ready AI solutions that deliver real-world impact. You will help design and deploy AI systems across industries like finance, private, and public services. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI applications that support and enhance our clients' AI-driven initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable AI solutions. This role involves working for government clients so all candidates need to either hold SC Clearance or be SC Eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications that support and enhance clients\' AI-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Help design and deploy AI systems across industries such as finance, private, and public services.
  • Contribute to end-to-end AI development efforts including building and fine-tuning machine learning and generative models (e.g., LLMs) and designing scalable infrastructure for production-ready AI.
  • Work on government-related projects and ensure compliance with security requirements (SC Clearance or SC Eligible).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience or equivalent in a related field, with a strong foundation in modern development practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, relational databases, and API design.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • End-to-end AI development experience, including building and fine-tuning ML/generative models (e.g., LLMs), and designing scalable infrastructure to support production-ready AI applications.
  • Experience with cloud environments — Azure or AWS; GCP also considered.
  • Strong awareness of emerging AI/ML trends and advancements.
  • Experience working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • SC Eligible.
