We're hiring for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a mobile team covering Central Bedfordshire, North London, and Hertfordshire - mainly Bedfordshire. You'll work across a diverse mix of commercial and residential sites, supporting local councils, health centres, and temporary housing. This is a hands-on service and maintenance role with a strong variety of work and door-to-door pay. What You'll Be Doing

You'll be servicing and repairing HVAC systems including split units and AHUs, diagnosing faults, carrying out regassing, and completing F-Gas checks. Sites include health centres, offices, and domestic accommodation — with a mix of planned and reactive work. You'll also maintain AHUs (filter changes, coil cleans, bag swaps) and manage paperwork through a mobile system. What You'll Need

Valid F-Gas certification

Solid experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer

Comfortable working independently on service and maintenance

Confident with diagnostics and fault finding

Full UK driving licence
