As our air conditioning division experiences significant expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing business, working across a wide range of domestic and commercial projects.

*The Role*

We are seeking a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out installation, servicing, and repair works on a variety of systems. The successful candidate will support both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and respond to reactive service callouts. This field-based role covers sites within approximately a 60-minute radius of our office in North Hykeham.

You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively, bringing a proactive attitude and high standards of workmanship to every task.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Install, service, and repair a range of comfort cooling and heating systems * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules * Respond to reactive service callouts efficiently and professionally * Accurately diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs * Complete all required job documentation and reporting * Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff * Participate in a 1-in-10 callout rota

*Key Requirements*

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or City & Guilds equivalent * F-Gas Category 1 Certification (Essential) * Proven experience with commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems * Full UK driving licence with a clean record * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills
