We’re currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading and most well-established building services and facilities maintenance providers. This is a full-time, permanent position covering commercial office buildings across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of HVAC and air conditioning systems, working to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance across modern commercial environments. This role is ideal for a skilled engineer who takes pride in their work, values job stability, and is looking to progress within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
Duties: Deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for commercial HVAC equipment Carry out A/C works including minor projects and refurbishments Fault-find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units and systems, and associated plant/components Work on systems including: Single & multi-splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX units, CRAC units Carry out tasks such as: Replacing compressors and condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering, etc. Liaise with subcontractors where necessary Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date Requirements:<...
