TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hoursWorking hours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.Salary - £41,209/Yr.Location Extra Overtime available. Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited toPPMs on commercial HVAC systemsDiagnostics and fault findingRepairs to cooling units and AHUsRectifying faults in plant roomsSplits, VRF and more.You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
