Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer Location: South East / Kent Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A leading M&E contractor is seeking a dependable and experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of AC systems including Splits, Multi Splits, VRF/VRV systems in commercial environments such as schools, hotels, and retail facilities.
Key Details:

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
*
Weekend rota work will be required
*
Overtime Rates: 1.5x standard / 2x Sundays
*
Van provided
*
Mobile phone provided
*
Tools to be supplied by the engineer
*
Travel paid after 1 hour each way
*
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
*
No call-out rota
*
Training and career progression opportunities available
Candidate Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Air Conditioning maintenance
*
F-Gas certified
*
Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, Splits, Controls, AHUs
*
City & Guilds, IPAF, PASMA (desirable)
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently and within a team
*
Full, clean UK driving licence
