- £17.00 – £19.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join a well-established building services company based in Lincolnshire, operating on a national scale. This role focuses solely on the installation of air conditioning systems, with projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and occasional domestic sites.
Engineers will be responsible for delivering high-quality install work across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, with a strong focus on industrial clients, including logistics and warehousing contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems
- Work on new build, refurbishment, and retrofit projects
- Read and interpret technical drawings and install plans
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations
- Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain a professional and safe working environment on-site
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Proven experience in air conditioning installations
- Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
- Full UK driving licence
