We are recruiting for an experienced *Air Conditioning & Ventilation Maintenance Enginee*r to join our expanding service and maintenance department.

Based in Essex, we cover works within the Home Counties and London.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Planned maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems * Remedial repairs * Assisting senior engineers

*Essential Skills:*

* Experience and competency to carry out planned maintenance tasks * Full UK driving licence * F-Gas 2079 Category 1 or Category 4 * Able to work on own or as part of a team * Articulate and presentable with excellent customer facing skills * Good record/data keeping skills * An eye for detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Experience: * Air conditioning: 1 year (preferred) * ventilation: 1 year (preferred)
