We are hiring an AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team and work with UK & EMEA based customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, operating and maintaining AlgoSec products, troubleshooting assistance, upgrade planning, knowledge transfer of key sections of the product. Perform product customizations to a certain level. Consult customers with best practices and act as their trusted advisor. Work in close coordination with Sales, Delivery, Support, CSM, and R&D departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, in a software company.
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.).
• Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.).
• Experience working with Cloud platforms and managing Cloud Security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate under pressure in deadline-driven situations and business emergencies.
• Customer oriented and able to establish customer trust.
• Problem solver, results driven, with attention to detail; a “make it happen” attitude.
• Team player with integrity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to identify and escalate revenue-driving adoption or expansion signals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including frequent on-site visits to AlgoSec customers in UK & EMEA.
