Role
As an ASIC Design Engineer in the Logical Design team, you’ll contribute to high-quality micro-architecture specifications and RTL for advanced silicon products. You’ll also collaborate across the wider silicon department to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge chips.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality micro-architecture specifications and RTL.
- Contribute to shared design infrastructure and flows.
- Work with industry-leading EDA tools and design methodologies.
- Support block-level and chip-level verification, including linting, synthesis, timing closure, CDC, RDC, and coverage analysis.
Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with SystemVerilog or VHDL.
- Competence in scripting (Python, Tcl).
- Knowledge of digital design flows.
- Experience with processor design and application-specific blocks.
- Knowledge of high-speed serial interfaces & complex third-party IP integration.
- Experience with arithmetic pipeline and floating-point design.
- Design-for-test, synthesis, timing analysis, and logical equivalence.
- Power integrity and silicon transistor-level knowledge.
- Project planning or team leadership experience.
