Senior D365 Applications Engineer

Were looking for an experienced Senior Applications & IT Support Engineerto join our clientsdynamic IT team. In this role, youll take the lead in supporting and enhancing our clients critical business applications, with a particular focus on driving the rollout and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

What Youll Do Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line supportfor core business systems, including AX and D365 Lead application projects end-to-end

from planning and design through to delivery and post-implementation support. Manage and maintain integrationsacross a complex hybrid IT landscape(cloud and on-premises). Identify opportunities to boost ERP and production system performance, reliability, and efficiency. Develop and deliver training sessionsto end users, ensuring they get the best out of our applications. Partner with finance, production teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Support essential business activities like stocktakes, including occasional work outside normal hours when needed.
