OverviewApplication Support Specialist – London or Manchester (Hybrid working)This role focuses on providing advanced technical support to ensure clients have a seamless experience with our systems and APIs. The role reports to technical leadership and involves collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering teams.What you’ll be doingInvestigating and resolving technical issues across systems, APIs, and services.Collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into solutions.Producing clear documentation and guidance to support customers and colleagues.Analyzing API behavior, data flows, and queries to diagnose performance and reliability issues.Contributing to process and tooling improvements that make support faster and more effective.Assisting with incident response, triage, and knowledge sharing across the team.What we’re looking forUp to 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or related role.Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.Confidence working with data (SQL/NoSQL databases) to investigate issues.Understanding of security, reliability, and quality in technical systems.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Nice to haveA degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent hands-on experience.Familiarity with APIs (e.g., Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API).Qualifications and attributesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective verbal and written communication.Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a hybrid environment.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
