Application Support Specialist – London or Manchester (Hybrid working)
This role focuses on providing advanced technical support to ensure clients have a seamless experience with our systems and APIs. The role reports to technical leadership and involves collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Investigating and resolving technical issues across systems, APIs, and services.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into solutions.
- Producing clear documentation and guidance to support customers and colleagues.
- Analyzing API behavior, data flows, and queries to diagnose performance and reliability issues.
- Contributing to process and tooling improvements that make support faster and more effective.
- Assisting with incident response, triage, and knowledge sharing across the team.
What we’re looking for
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
- Confidence working with data (SQL/NoSQL databases) to investigate issues.
- Understanding of security, reliability, and quality in technical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- A degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with APIs (e.g., Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API).
