Application Support Specialist – London or Manchester (Hybrid working)

This role focuses on providing advanced technical support to ensure clients have a seamless experience with our systems and APIs. The role reports to technical leadership and involves collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues across systems, APIs, and services.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into solutions.
  • Producing clear documentation and guidance to support customers and colleagues.
  • Analyzing API behavior, data flows, and queries to diagnose performance and reliability issues.
  • Contributing to process and tooling improvements that make support faster and more effective.
  • Assisting with incident response, triage, and knowledge sharing across the team.

What we’re looking for

  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or related role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
  • Confidence working with data (SQL/NoSQL databases) to investigate issues.
  • Understanding of security, reliability, and quality in technical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

  • A degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with APIs (e.g., Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API).
