This innovative provider offers comprehensive welding solutionsfrom power sources and torches to automation systems, consumables, training, and technical consultancydelivering seamless, end-to-end welding technology support.


As they continue to build their footprint in the region, this is a rare opportunity to join as an Applications Engineer / Welding Demonstrator, and help drive adoption of their advanced equipment through hands-on support, product demonstrations, and close customer engagement.



The Role

In this diverse and customer-facing position, you'll manage:

  • Live application demonstrations of manual, mechanised, and automated welding systemsboth at their head office and at client sites.

  • Delivery of technical training and solution consultancy, ensuring users harness the full potential of our product line up.

  • Thorough weld process development, including parameter optimisation across MIG/MAG, TIG, and automation applications.

  • Technical support during customer trials and installation, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting.

  • Active collaboration with internal teams to relay feedback, influence product enhancements, and drive continuous innovation.

  • Representation of the brand at trade exhibitions, open days, and other joint customer events.


About You

Youre a technically skilled, engaging communicator who thrives on teaching and persuasion:

  • Hands-on proficiency with welding processes (manual, mechanised, or automated), ideally within welding equipment, industrial manufacturing, or related environments.

  • Strong ability to translate technical specifications into accessible, practical advice for customers.

  • Driven to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through top-tier service and responsiveness.

  • Comfortable traveling frequently across the UK & Ireland for on-site demonstrations and support.

  • Experience in delivering training, guiding end-users, or performing live technical demonstrations is highly desirable.
