The Role: Acting as the technical expert and key point of contact for customers. Troubleshooting application issues Lending your expertise to product development from both an NPI / NPD and CI perspective Collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to improve services. The Person: Degree-qualified in Engineering Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in an Applications Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role.]. Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
