OverviewArea Sales Engineer role at TipTopJob based in West Yorkshire, England. This is a field-based technical sales position covering the M62/M180 corridor, West Yorkshire, and parts of Greater Manchester and Cheshire.ResponsibilitiesSell a full range of high quality Industrial Control and Automation products (Control Gear, Switchgear and Circuit Protection, Variable Speed Drives, Sensors, PLC, HMI, Enclosures, Cable Management and consumables, Process Instrumentation) and provide customised packaged solutions into OEM, End User, System Integrator and Panel Builder markets.Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts and identify new business opportunities to meet defined sales targets.Work Monday to Friday with flexibility for road travel to meet business needs.QualificationsSales and technical experience in the Industrial Automation industry.Record of sales success.Formal qualification in Electrical/Electronic discipline is desirable but not essential; ability to demonstrate knowledge and sales skill is required.Further career development training to enhance sales skills is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team with some autonomy; proficiency with Microsoft packages.Employment detailsEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelLocation: West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
