AI Engineer - Multiple across research and engineering
It is a revenue-generating AI company that has raised over $6m at Seed with Series A planned for 2026. The product learns how operations run from data, produces a living, editable SOP, and runs agents that adapt with feedback. The team comprises engineering leaders who previously built the AI engineering function at a major tech company.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship LLM systems that improve via human feedback, not just model retraining.
- Build evaluation, observability and guardrails so agents are reliable in the wild.
- Contribute to the core learning paradigm around foundation models, rather than training new ones.
- Embed with customers to land value quickly (Forward Deployed AI Engineer) or focus on building the core platform, depending on fit.
- Ship LLM-driven products in production, not just demos.
- Demonstrate strong Python skills and solid software fundamentals; thrive in ambiguous, high-bar environments.
- Experience with eval frameworks, feedback loops, and agentic patterns.
- Build the engine that lets enterprises teach AI how they operate.

Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-driven systems in production.
