Job Title: Junior AI/ML Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role will involve working with large datasets, training machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and integrating AI solutions into real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and software development with an eagerness to learn and grow in the AI/ML domain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models for various applications such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation to ensure high-quality training datasets.
• Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Work with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy machine learning models.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into applications and services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and research emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, model performance evaluations, and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++, R, or Java.
• ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Data Handling: Knowledge of SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Algorithms: Understanding of regression, classification, clustering, reinforcement learning, and deep learning architectures.
• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Azure AI is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus: If you have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, MLOps, or Edge AI, it’s a plus!
