We’re looking for a dedicated Assembly Engineer to join a skilled team working on premium, bespoke products in a physically demanding and rewarding environment.What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll play a key role in the final stages of the production process—after welding and painting, but before site installation. Your tasks will include:Mechanical assembly and product testingProactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure product quality before dispatch.Drilling/tapping, lite and heavy assembly works using hand tools, Crane operations, high attention to detail and finishing touches.Working with hydraulics, electrics, and structural components and as part of a team.This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a creative approach to turning unexpected challenges into innovative solutions.Background in general building, fabrication, or mechanical assemblyProficient in hands-on mechanical work, including hydraulic and electrical systems (No Welding)Physically fit and capable of handling a physically intensive roleFocused on delivering results with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitudeA high level of attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipBenefits:£27,000 - £29,000 salaryFree secure on-site parking25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (3 days to be taken over Christmas)Sick pay schemeDeath in service benefitCompany Pension ContributionOvertime availableThis is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team producing high-quality, innovative products.
