Deel IT is redefining how organizations oversee remote and hybrid workplaces. This role is for a Junior IT Support Engineer to help scale our IT offering by delivering dedicated, round-the-clock support, device management (MDM), and deployment of Office and IT equipment globally. You will join a growth-focused team with ambitious targets for the next two years.

The Role

Deel IT provides best-of-breed SaaS solutions for deployment and lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment worldwide. We are expanding our IT support to deliver 24/7 assistance, from MDM to device pre-configuration, to deliver a premium customer experience and transform the MSP landscape. We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join this global effort.

• Assist with the deployment and lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment across a global footprint.
• Provide dedicated, round-the-clock IT support to internal users and external customers.
• Support device provisioning and pre-configuration, including MDM setup and ongoing management.
• Package and deploy applications for Mac and Windows environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services and support.

What you need to succeed

• 2+ years experience working with and managing a Mac and Windows estate.
• Experience with mobile device management platforms (MDM) such as Jamf, Intune, or Workspace One.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment for Mac and Windows.
• Good working knowledge of IT security.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Some experience automating Mac device actions using AppleScript, Perl, or Bash/Zsh.
• Some experience with Windows PowerShell.
• Good Windows experience with knowledge of Windows Autopilot.
• IT experience providing technical support to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users.
