Lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet design intent and project goals. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team. Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative structural solutions for residential and commercial sectors. shape project outcomes and contribute to the practice’s growth as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
Qualifications
At least eight years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects. Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including client and stakeholder management. Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and managing junior engineers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in structural design. Chartered with IStructE (or demonstrable commitment to achieving chartership). MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
