The Role:
As a key team member, you'll provide technical support to the sales team and clients, build strong relationships, and develop top-tier end-user solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to gather information for solutions.
- Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business needs.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
- Estimate costs and prepare quotations for Audio Visual projects.
- Provide technical support to sales and clients.
- Develop end-user solutions and assist with technical drawings and designs.
- Deliver technical solutions professionally and within deadlines.
- Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- Coordinate operations and maintenance (O&M).
- Maintain relationships with vendors and distributors for pricing and support, staying updated on product developments.
The Candidate:
Success in this fast-paced industry requires technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and resilience under pressure. We are looking for Audio Visual Pre Sales Engineers with at least two years of experience, potentially two openings available, with varying expertise levels.
- Deep knowledge of AV engineering: Audio DSPs, VC platforms, Video distribution, basic networking.
- Experience working with commercial clients in the AV industry.
- Knowledge of network audio standards (Dante, AES67, AVB).
- Experience with VC/UC Platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet).
- Avixa CTS Certification (CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D).
- Proven skills in requirements gathering, design, and solution development in a commercial setting.
- Highly organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales challenges with innovative strategies.
- Exceptional at building relationships across all levels and collaborating effectively.
- A team player who builds trust and demonstrates expertise.
