What We're Looking ForProfessional qualifications and experience in one or more of the specified disciplinesStrong auditing, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesProven track record in AE or senior technical roles, preferably in healthcare, education, defence, or PFI environmentsExcellent communication and mentoring abilities Desirable QualificationsChartered status or actively pursuing professional registrationComprehensive knowledge of relevant HTMs and PFI contract standards (or commitment to learn) Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Excellence & ComplianceLead comprehensive audits of technical compliance and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW)Analyse data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop SMART action plans and provide early warning systems for non-complianceConduct detailed investigations into technical failures and incidentsCollaborate with fellow AEs and specialists on multi-disciplinary reviewsPerform thorough root cause analysisProfessional DevelopmentMentor and assess Authorised Persons (APs), supporting their career progressionManage AP endorsements, including performance monitoring and interventions where requiredCreate technical bulletins, toolbox talks, and training materialsStay current with industry developments and evolve procedures and standardsStakeholder ManagementProvide expert technical guidance to APs, managers, and clientsRepresent the organisation at safety committees and technical forumsCommunicate safety alerts, guidance updates, and procedural changes effectivelyOperational SupportMaintain comprehensive understanding of site systems and operational risksDefine and document operational constraints and demarcation points Employment DetailsEmployment type: Full TimeSeniority level: DirectorJob function: Staffing and RecruitingIndustries: Engineering/Technical Staffing Ready to take your engineering career to the next level?
