Trusted by some of the largest clients nationwide, they are looking for a skilled and experienced automatic door engineer to successfully manage customer sites.ResponsibilitiesField-based work covering East Midlands (including Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire) and on occasion outside of this area.Visit customer’s premises in response to reactive calls, scheduled maintenance and services & carry out installation projects on a variety of automatic doors.Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs with minimal downtimeCarry out effective communication with customers at all timesProvide completed electronic paperwork, customer portals and permits (as required) and liaise with the office team to ensure smooth job progressionFollow EN16005 regulations and Health & Safety procedures at all timesCandidate RequirementsA Full UK Driving LicenceMust have experience in the maintenance, repair and installation of automatic doorsMust BS7036 / EN16005 accreditationExcellent customer service skills.BenefitsExcellent salary depending on experiencePremium Overtime Rates: Time and a half (x1.5) after 40 hours and Double time (x2) on Sundays and Bank Holidays (paid door to door)25 days annual leave + Bank holidaysCompany Pension SchemeCompany van, tools, uniform, and fuel card providedEmployee Assistance helpline for free and confidential adviceLong-term career opportunities with progression and trainingSupportive team environment with a focus on safety and qualityIf you feel that you have the relative skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now for immediate consideration.The employer fully supports Equality in Employment.
