On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Automation Engineer to join a growing engineering team responsible for machine design, upgrades, and site support. This role involves working with PLC programming, electrical design, and assembly of electrical control panels.

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Rockwell RSLogix5000 preferred) including motion control and HMI interfaces. Create and modify electrical designs using EPlan and AutoCAD to support control systems integration. Build and assemble electrical control panels Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and installation teams to deliver fully functional and compliant machinery. Undertake international travel for machine commissioning and on-site support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant machine safety standards and ensure all designs comply.
