A remote Developer with expertise in workflow automation is required to build a modular, well-documented system that repurposes and distributes long-form video content for a children’s storytelling YouTube channel. The system should automatically generate 5–10 short-form clips from each uploaded video using tools like Wisecut or Opus Clip, and repurpose them for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Key features include automatic captioning, thumbnail creation via Canva API or similar, hashtag and title generation using AI tools like ChatGPT, and scheduling or optional human review of posts. The workflow must be triggered by Google Drive uploads and include affiliate link management, Ko-Fi/Linktree updates, and a Google Sheets dashboard for tracking. Clear documentation is essential to enable long-term scalability and delegation.

Requirements

• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n (preferred), Zapier, Make, or similar
• Proven ability to build end-to-end no-code/low-code workflows integrating video, AI, and cloud tools
• Knowledge of video clipping tools (Wisecut, Opus Clip, or comparable solutions)
• Integration experience with platforms like Google Drive, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Proficiency in using AI tools for generating captions, titles, hashtags, and basic creative assets
• Familiarity with Canva API or other automated design platforms for thumbnail generation
• Experience handling affiliate links and updating services such as Ko-Fi or Linktree
• Ability to create a dashboard in Google Sheets to track posting status, click metrics, and performance
• Strong documentation skills including visual workflow maps and clear step-by-step instructions
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail, particularly for children's media
• Remote position; must have access to a reliable internet connection and automation environment
