Automation Engineer - Life Science - Watford - 12-Month Contract

Our client with manufacturing facilities in Northern Europe, is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing programme. This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-gen processes to produce drugs that are distributed throughout the Globe. The site is easily reachable by Road, Rail and Air and has excellent transport links throughout.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and managing the site strategy towards Automation.
  • Able to support site programming of Siemens PLCs
  • Previous experience using Siemens TIA Portal
  • Site Subject Matter Expert for Automation

    • Requirements:
  • 5 years + working with Automation.
  • GMP Experience
  • Siemens TIA Portal / SIMATIC STEP 7
  • PLC Experience - programming, modification and fault finding.
