If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a practical and hands-on UX researcher with a passion for testing and digital interaction.
One of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, is currently recruiting for an Automotive UX Engineer / Researcher, to help them develop unique and innovative vehicles. You will support in-vehicle and prototype testing, working across virtual reality, static simulators and functional prototypes. Based in Warwickshire, you will be supporting, a dedicated and multidisciplinary design and research team, on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of the UX Engineer include:
* Plan and execute UX testing activities, maintaining relevant testing documentation
* Conduct usability testing across digital interfaces
* Record and communicate findings from user studies
* Contribute to the creation of benchmarking and user profile
* Identify usability issues and make recommendations
Qualifications and skills required for the UX Engineer position:
* Degree in a relevant subject matter or equivalent industry experience
* Skilled in conducting Automotive usability studies and user testing
* Knowledge of user-centred design and interaction
* Experience in testing physical, digital and immersive prototypes
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
