: Note: Required Avtive Security Clearance and NPPV3 About the Role: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for creating the right environment for your multidisciplinary team to succeed, helping them to self-organize whilst fostering a culture of learning and transparency. You'll be a key part of one of the UK's biggest and most high-profile digital transformation programs, a once-in-a-generation reform of government products and services. You'll keep pace with the introduction of relevant agile/lean tools and techniques and remove obstacles and blockers that might hinder delivery. DevOps is a culture, approach, and set of practices that apply lean process improvement and automation to enable a flow of working software to its real users. This means looking across organizational functions of Development and Operations that might previously have operated as separate silos.
